Please note* We cannot issue an exchange or refund for a ticket after it has been purchased.
We will not issue a refund for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket
or for a ticket claimed to be 'not delivered'
(all tickets are sent by Recorded Delivery and must be signed for)

Delivery Details: Recorded Delivery (Signature Required).
Please note tickets may arrive upto 48 hours before the event from date of purchase.
You will receive your tickets no later than 48 hours before the event.
Tickets purchased 48 hours or before the event will be reserved and can be collected on the night.
(If your tickets are reserverd please remeber to bring your purchase receipt reference)

Note: Tickets Purchased Online will be subject to a delivery charge of £1.95
Which will be added to your order at checkout
(The delivery charge is per order not per ticket)
